We only ship within the United States currently. FREE SHIPPING (first class) in USA on all orders over USD 50.00
BYDIVINETREASURES are pre-made stock to ship immediately. Custom made orders will be available soon. Sign up to be notified. If an item is in stock it will be shipped immediately. Any item that has to be size adjusted will take an additional 2-3 days shipping. Each bracelet requires a two-hour construction and curing period before shipping. Most orders ship the next day, however in peak seasons, shipments can take 3-5 business days. If you need express (overnight) shipping, please order by 3:00 PM EST to ensure prompt delivery.
RETURN POLICIES
All sales are final and cannot be returned unless the item shows damage upon receipt. Exceptions can be made if there is a manufacturer's issue within 7 days of receipt. Send an email with pictures of the problem and we will expedite handling of any issue. We would like for every customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase.

Custom made orders should be checked thoroughly upon receipt. If there are any changes to be made please contact us immediately to make all alterations without delay and at no cost to you. 7 to 10 days are allowed for return in most cases.
We are not responsible for wear and incorrect care of any items. Care instructions are shipped with each order and should be read carefully.

JEWELRY
By Divine Treasures jewelry is created with the utmost love and care. Follow these guidelines to help keep your jewelry looking its best year after year.

Use the polishing cloth to effectively clean your jewelry on the metals. To avoid black markings either on your skin or the bangles, be sure to clean your bangles regularly. These markings are due to trapped oil and dirt in the metal and can be easily cleaned.
​
Be careful with Jewelry cleaners, as they can be too harsh and may contain abrasives.
The best way to store your necklaces is to hang them. Beauty products such as perfume, hairspray or lotions should be applied before wearing your jewelry as certain chemicals in these products may damage the finish.
Always remove your jewelry before swimming, bathing, doing household chores or using abrasive cleaners.

Do NOT follow the advice of (YouTube) videos demonstrating the use of bizarre household items to clean your jewelry. Any unsolicited use of incorrect care will void the warranty.

CUPS ,MUGS,TUMBLERS
On the mugs and tumblers, do not put in the dishwasher. Use gentle soap and water and soft cloth or sponge to clean.

USPS ONLY
Please ship your return using United States Postal Service (USPS). Shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL and UPS are not permitted, as they do not ship to USPS P.O. Boxes. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of the delivery date of your returned package to BYDIVINETREASURES. However, in most cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (1 to 5 business days in USA), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button.
